If you are getting married you might be thinking about how wild and crazy you can get before you take the plunge. Of course, I’m talking about the bachelorette party! Here are some ideas of places you and your girls can go before you say “I do.”
What happens in Vegas: Las Vegas is known for their world class shows, dining, shopping and of course- the parties! To add to the fun, give your trip a theme and dress accordingly. For example, you could do a 60s theme with psychedelic tye-dye shirts and daisies and friendship bracelets. Or you could go with the roaring 20s with flapper dresses and feather boas.
Napa Valley or at least some kind of winery: It’s hard for many people to imagine a girl’s weekend without thinking of wine. If you can’t make it all the way out to Napa Valley, at least consider going on some kind of weekend getaway for a tour of a winery complete with tastings. Make it extra special by buying a case or a half a case of your favorite wine and decorating the bottles as gifts for your bridesmaids.
Head to a spa: If instead of letting loose you would prefer to relax, make it a girl’s getaway to a spa. Facials in the morning and massages mani-pedis in the afternoon with lunch in between and dinner in the evening- Can you imagine a better way to chill out before marrying your prince charming?
Get tropical: If you are in a position that you gals can afford a weekend or week away to the Caribbean now is the time to make it happen. The more of your gal pals that marry off the less likely it will be to all get together for a trip to paradise with “no boys allowed” so shake your maracas and get your umbrella drinks ready for one more hurrah!
