Organic and fresh food- The greens in your salads are locally grown and the meats on your plate were likely caught that day. Even the wine you will drink at lunch and dinner was bottled on the island.

Each morning of the retreat a continental breakfast will be served, in the afternoon there will be a lunch either at the resort or as part of the tour for the day and finally each evening there will be a dinner at the resort with two glasses of wine per guest.
Why Sardinia? Sardinia is one of those rare places not yet taken over by commercialism. Located just west of Italy, Sardinia is a gorgeous island that features more than 1,100 miles of unspoiled coastline, beautiful beaches and fascinating rock formations.
DAY 1
Today you will be transferred from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome drink and check in. You’re invited to enjoy your first spa treatment if you arrive early enough, however spa reservations cannot be made until your arrival. Then, in the evening you’ll enjoy a welcome dinner.
DAY 2
Before and after lunch you can choose to have one of your spa treatments or spend a day of leisure on the hotel grounds. See our website for spa treatment details.
DAY 3
Once again after breakfast you can choose to have a spa treatment or to relax on the hotel grounds. After morning activities the group will gather for a one of a kind cheese and wine tour including lunch, transfers to and from the hotel and an English speaking guide.
DAY 4
Today will be a fun filled beach day. After breakfast we’ll head to the beach to enjoy the
pristine sugar sands and turquoise waters. Lunch will be served and then we’ll go spelunking
in the caves of Sardinia. At the conclusion of the cave tour you’ll enjoy an afternoon pick me
up with coffee and desserts before heading back to the hotel for dinner.
DAY 5
Today will be a day of leisure. If you decide to head into town for the day make sure you’re back in time for lunch because during this meal we will have a culinary expert teach a class
about spices and how to use them in your cooking at home. Then, enjoy an afternoon on your own before dinner.
DAY 6
After breakfast we’ll tour the town of Sardinia. While in town we’ll enjoy lunch. Should you decide you want to skip the tour of the town, you are welcome to stay at the resort and take in a final spa treatment. Finally, we will all gather for a delectable farewell dinner at the resort.
DAY 7
Enjoy one last taste of Sardinia for breakfast before departing the hotel for the airport.

- Pricing based on double occupancy in a deluxe room. Single and upgraded rooms are available for an additional cost.
- Pricing is also based on $1: 1 Euro exchange rate. Therefore, the price may be subject to change based on the Euro to Dollar currency exchange. Should the Euro value increase the cost of the trip will also increase. Prices will not change after final payment. After final payment is made we need 3 days for your payment to clear, and then it will be factored by that days currency amount.
