Performing at Walt Disney World

Have you ever been to Walt Disney World? If you have, then you know that the productions at Walt Disney World parks are some of the most top-notch entertainment experiences in the industry. The music, the sites, the sounds! They are just incredible. You may have even caught yourself wondering how you could get your kid into one of those amazing shows. If that’s the case, you are in luck, because you can!

Walt Disney World has a special youth program for performing arts. Picture this- your student’s chorus or dance group performing on stage in front of thousands of guests from around the world.

I have been working with The John Carroll School for 9 years in the Disney Youth Program. Over this period of time their dance team, chorus, orchestra and band have all performed at Walt Disney World. In fact, their band has even performed in parades within the parks!

Disney has very specific guidelines for working in the Youth Program. Its application is intense and the training is rigorous but the rewards are amazing. Not only do kids get the chance to perform at one the world’s most famous theme parks, it gives them the chance to learn about Disney’s College Programs too.

If you live in the Maryland area, I’d love to work with you on getting your school into the program. Just last year I helped another school with their arrangements and guided them on what they needed to do to perform at the happiest place on Earth! From paperwork to performance videos to all of the travel arrangements related to your trip, I’d be honored to be your travel advisor for this one of a kind opportunity.
